Bioinformatic and biostatistical analysis of data in omics technologies, health status and precision nutrition, including participation in discussions on study design and scientific publications. – Application of algorithms, databases and information systems, web technologies, soft computing, information theory and computation, data mining, image processing, modeling, circuit theory and statistics for the project.

– Perform complex statistical analysis, interpret statistical results, and prepare reports that include integrated summaries for reports, manuscripts, and proposal preparation.

– Development of molecular databases, including data filtering and normalization.

– Development of machine learning predictive models that integrate information from multiple sources (genetic data, dietary surveys, biochemical parameters, and others), enabling the construction of patient profiles with potential diagnostic and prognostic applications.
